Easy Dinner Salad

My favorite healthy dinner: Grilled chicken on spinach leaves. Marinade the  chicken in Italian dressing (I use low fat…it doesn’t really matter what type you use) and throw it on the George Foreman.

I actually love to include apple slices or strawberries, but I didn’t have either in the fridge. Must go shopping. I added red pepper for some sweetness.  The whole dinner is probably about 300 calories.
