Easy Breakfast

An easy, quick and filling breakfast.

Ingredients: 1 egg, 2 tbsp skim milk, salt/pepper to taste, 1 cup yogurt

Directions: Scramble egg with milk and microwave for 2 minutes or until there is no more liquid. Serve with pepper or salt to taste.

Benefits: Really quick, very filling, and good sources of protein (the egg) and calcium (the yogurt). Also, this is probably only about 200 calories total.

As a side note, has anyone noticed that Yoplait is always on sale? Or is this just me? It was on sale 20 for $10 at my grocery store the other day.
