Corn on the Cob

Ever make corn on the cob in the oven?

Me either. My mom made me do it!

Well, not really, though it was her idea. She mentioned it to me on the phone the other night, and I decided to try it. I love corn on the cob and her idea turned out fabulously. It was delicious.

Directions: Take one ear of corn and put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Husk, butter and then eat. In my case, with a baked sweet potato.
