Nashville, Part III

Oh pancakes!

For my last day in Nashville, my friends took me to a place called P Funky Griddle where you make your own pancakes or French toast on a griddle in the middle of the table. You get an unlimited amount of organic whole wheat batter or regular batter plus a topping for your pancake. I chose banana slices and the banana, combined with the whole wheat batter was amazing.

Then we headed to the Cheekwood Botanical Gardens for its Chihuly exhibit. My friend Andrea had been there once before and hadn’t gotten to see the whole thing. So, we all headed there after brunch. It was gorgeous.

Thanks to Andrea and Patrick, my lovely grad school pals, for a fantastic weekend. Now back to reality!
