A barrier to scrambled eggs

I got up this morning, ready to make some scrambled eggs.

I pulled the carton of eggs out of the refrigerator and noticed one was cracked, but there didn’t seem to be egg oozing out.

I picked up another one to crack. That’s where I met a problem.

They’d frozen!

I haven’t changed the temperature in the refrigerator, so I’m not totally sure why this batch suddenly froze and past cartons have not.

I ate oatmeal for breakfast instead.
