I realized I never posted this recipe that I made a few months ago. I’d posted a picture back in March without the recipe.
These are peanut butter energy bites (My mom sent me the recipe and it is different than all the ones I’ve seen on Pinterest). I’m hoping to make them at some point today.
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup instant non-fat dry milk powder
1/4 cup Rice Krispies
1/3 cup crushed pretzels
Mix together honey and peanut butter. Add raisins and dry milk. Stir in Rice Krispies. Form into small balls and roll in pretzel crumbs. Store in refrigerator.
Optional: I add some chia seeds in too for an extra nutrition kick.
